Includes Preface; About the Authors; Appendix A: Proposed Legislative Language; Appendix B: Glossary; Appendix C: Muslim Brotherhood Memorandum and Appendix D: Comparative Chart. "An essential new resource spotlighting the very real threat Islamic Shariah (law) poses to you and to every American. In these pages, we examine and uncover the truth about - and absolute danger of - fundamental Islam. With a comprehensive look at the history and meaning of Shariah, as well as details of how and why it is uttlerly incompatible with U.S. law, the ACLJ exposes the attempts by fundamentalist Muslims - both in the United States and abroad - to subvert our legal system in favor of a system that would destroy individual liberty. This book also includes an easy-to-follow diagram comparing individual rights, criminal law, family law, and other aspects of American life under U.S. law with Shariah; an enlightening glossary of terms; a valuable catalog of references; and more." - from the rear outer cover. ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Jay Sekulow is widely regarded as one of the foremost free speech and religious liberties litigators in the United States, having argued twelve times before the US Supreme Court in some of the most groundbreaking First Amendment cases of the past quarter century. As Chief Counsel of the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ), he is a renowned constitutional attorney and an acclaimed and distinguished broadcaster. He is also a popular talk radio host, Fox News commentator, and the author of the New York Times bestseller Rise of ISIS.

First Edition
Small octavo, pp. [1-4] 5-191 [192], dark green cloth, spine panel stamped in white. First edition. Space opera set in 2055 after a nuclear war has destroyed much of the Earth and it is under bombardment by space-faring aliens who intend to colonize it and enslave its human survivors. The story begins with the premise of a present-day Royal Air Force pilot, preserved in ice for a hundred years after an airplane crash, being revived and retrofitted with mechanical parts to suit him for extraterrestrial duty: specifically, to prevent an invasion of Earth by an alien race from the planet Ektolon, which is ruled by rival queens. This is an early story of humans biologically reengineered for survival in an alien environment, an anticipation, by many years, of Frederik Pohl's masterful treatment of the same theme in MAN PLUS (1976). Clarke, Tale of the Future (1978), p. 101. Reginald 00534. A fine copy in fine pictorial dust jacket with just a bit of dustiness to rear panel. An uncommon book which is rare in this condition. (#146263).
