Paperback. Condition: Good. First edition. ISBN 4 page sheet music for the song Baby Face. Nice airbrush art in an Art Deco style of a young womans face on the cover. There are three neat paper punch holes right along the spine of the sheet music on the front cover where it looks like it could have been included once in a three ring notebook but this does intrude much into the cover art and type, a nice clean attractive copy otherwise in Good to Very Good condition.
