In Zusammenarbeit mit dem legendären Art-Direktor Peter Saville und dem Künstler John Currin hat Diekgerdes für dieses kontroverse Cover eine junge Frau in sexuell eindeutiger Pose abgelichtet. Diekgerdes fotografiert seit Mitte der 1990er Jahre in dieser Szene - sei es für Publikationen wie AnOther Magazine, Purple, Dazed & Confused, le magazine double oder self service magazine, aber auch für verschiedene Ausgaben der Vogue wie Vogue UK, Vogue Hommes International, Vogue China, Vogue Deutschland.
