SWAF. Third printing but INSCRIBED "To B____F____ with all good wishes" AND SIGNED BY EDWARD B.… MARKS, who adds "November 5th, 1943." Edward Marks owned a music publishing company, and AGVA stood for the American Guild of Variety Artists.
