Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. Limited/Numbered. Statement at the bottom of the title page: "This edition is limited to 497 copies. Each copy of this edition contains one stock certificate in the Isabella Gold Mining Company of Cripple Creek, signed by Percy Hagerman, son of James John Hagerman. Copy No. 271." The binding shows no wear, no distortion from reading or improper shelving. But a previous owner covered the binding in either booklac or liguitex. So the book has a somewhat cloying feel. And tiny specks of white paper are stuck to the rear board. That said, the stock certificate is right there just before the title page. Pages are tight and clean with no marks. Signed by the author on the Dedication page. No name of previous owner. No odor. No water damage. No soiling. No sun fading. No dust jacket as issued. Signed by Author(s).
