Hardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. Oxford University Press 1955 reprint. Dust jacket clipped, with replacement price label of 12/6 net. Dust jacket is tanned to the spine and edges of the front, a small crease and a nick to the top edge, but otherwise quite smart, I believe it had previously been in a jacket protector for some time. Green cloth covers are smart, sharp corners, square, securely bound. Edge of page block a little dulled, endpapers with a previous owners name in ink, some glue residue to the corners (probably from a previous jacket protector), plus pencil notes. Many pages have quite a lot of pencil annotations, as is often the case with this title. Most of the annotations are relatively lightly written. Good condition.
