Tripathi Ashish

Ashish, an alumnus of BITS Pilani and IIM Ahmedabad, is an engineering and leadership professional with nearly two decades of experience in the automotive industry. Over his career, he has tackled complex technical challenges, developed high-performing teams, and driven organisational transformation.

An early passion for storytelling led him to write Taken by Surprise, a work of fiction exploring love, relationships, and human emotions. His latest book, Your Response Is Your Power, emerges from a different journey—years of observing people, pressure, leadership, conflict, and the choices we make when life does not go as planned.

At its heart is a belief that has shaped Ashish’s thinking: we may not control what happens to us, but we have far more power over our response than we often realise. Through stories, insights, and practical wisdom, he invites readers to pause, choose their response, and discover the power that lies within that choice.
