Nitesh Kumar

Nitesh Kumar has spent around ten years in and around calling operations, where a surprising amount of the working day goes into turning things you already know into words somebody else can read.

He writes practical books for specific jobs. Not general advice about artificial intelligence, but what one role actually does on an ordinary Tuesday, and which parts of it a writing tool can take off your hands without putting anything confidential at risk.

Every book is built the same way. The real vocabulary of the job, prompts you can copy and use the same morning, and a library of finished messages ready to fill in and send. The limits come first, in chapter one, because a tool that gets oversold gets thrown away.

He works on applying AI to sales and support operations, and is based in India.
