Russell McDougall is an Edinburgh-born author whose fiction explores crime, consequence, addiction and the darker choices ordinary people make.
His writing draws on nearly three decades in construction and renovation, his experience of running an established Edinburgh business, and twenty years in recovery from drug addiction. These experiences give him a close understanding of survival, moral compromise and the lasting effects of a single decision.
He is also the author of Mortem.
