Elizabeth Marquez

Elizabeth doesn’t search for adventure. Adventure searches for Elizabeth. Her curiosity and passion for learning have gifted her so many unique experiences. She holds a degree in cello performance from a university in South Africa alongside a Mixology certificate from Chicago and a 2nd Place Chili trophy from Milwaukee.

Aside from her day job as a social worker, she spends her nights writing and her weekends building her South African catering business where she is the master of all meats. When she’s not working, you’ll find her hosting book camp, watching Formula 1, walking to the beach with her husband, staying out late dancing to EDM, and everything in between.

Between the busyness, she relishes her time with family; building snowmen, reading together, and playing baseball in the backyard.
