For the first thirty years of my life, I lived in constant vigilance. There were happy moments, but the anger, rage, and abuse I grew up with overshadowed them.
From my earliest days, my mother, father, and older brother beat me, sometimes taking turns. If I defended myself, it got worse: Brother would hit harder, then Mother would whip me, then Father would come with his belt or his fists, all of them yelling the entire time.
The physical scars healed. The verbal abuse and mental cruelty did not. They left behind programming that shaped how I saw myself and the world.
I searched for a way out through psychotherapy and nearly every healing modality that promised relief. Some helped. None freed me to become the man I wanted to be. So I created the method that did: the Melchizedek Healing Methodology.
Today I choose gratitude every day, because I've learned that my happiness is mine to claim.
This book shows you how to recognize your triggers and repeating emotional patterns, and how to follow those threads back to their root: a trauma, large or small, or a program installed long ago. As a certified trauma coach who has guided others through this methodology for more than twenty years, I know it can help you too.
