As a prolific author, Toti has a gift for translating complex ideas into actionable wisdom. His bestselling books, including Be A SUPERB Secretary, How to Unleash Your Inner Power, Uncomplicating the Complicated World of Grandparenting, and Raising Tomorrow's Leaders, reflect his deep commitment to helping others excel in every role they hold—from the office to the home.

With the alarming rise of bullying and teen violence worldwide, Toti developed “The P.E.A.C.E. Initiative Project,” a strategic content development project designed to address the growing crisis. (PEACE is the acronym for Parents and Educators for Adolescent Character & Empowerment).

Beyond the podium and the page, Toti is a gifted composer and songwriter, weaving creativity and connection into all his endeavors. He has, in his pocket, more than 30 years of choral conducting and musical arrangement experience. At the age of 60, he took on the stage name of "Victor Luca", creating songs and musical pieces and started the Victor Luca Singers. At present, he has more than 60 songs available at Spotify and other Digital Services Providers.

He and his wife, Bess, are the proud parents of three wonderful children and are enjoying the adventure of grandparenting. Toti's work is driven by a simple, powerful mission: to change the world one person, one family, and one song at a time.
