Sarah Hayes was raised in the amazing dry heat of far-northern California where she graduated with her teaching credential, started her family known as “Hurricane Hayes”, worked in the church, and discovered her love for writing while her children napped. After four and a half years of finally putting her credential to use homeschooling, her family jumped into the steam-bath land of southeastern Tennessee where her children re-entered the public-school world (covered in prayers by their mama). There, Sarah once again disappeared into the land of daydreams and writing, and despite the humidity, still resides in Tennessee where she gets to dedicate time to working on her debut series, Marked by the Maker.
