Bea Caillet

Bea Caillet is a Parisian cookbook author, recipe creator, and gluten-free expert dedicated to making healthy, inclusive food both delicious and enjoyable.

Diagnosed with an autoimmune disease at 25, Bea embarked on a personal health journey that led her to fundamentally change her diet. She was ultimately able to stop taking medication for her autoimmune condition, and sharing this experience became an important part of her mission. Alongside her personal testimony, she wanted to show that following a restrictive diet does not mean giving up the pleasure of eating delicious food. She began creating and sharing her own recipes to prove that food can be both nourishing and genuinely enjoyable, even when many ingredients are off the table.

She is the creator of Go Healthy With Bea, a bilingual French and English food and healthy-living blog. Her work focuses on gluten-free recipes, whole-food cooking, and holistic approaches to healthy living.

Bea is a Certified Gluten-Free Practitioner, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Certified Autoimmune Holistic Nutrition Specialist, and she has a certificate in Nutrition Science from Stanford Medicine. She trained in cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and in plant-based patisserie through Le Cordon Bleu London.

Her first cookbook, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free Desserts for Kids, brings together easy, family-friendly desserts created for children with food allergies and intolerances—while making sure everyone can enjoy the same treats around the table.

Bea lives in Paris, where she continues to develop gluten-free recipes, share healthy-living inspiration, and help visitors discover the best of gluten-free Paris.
