Liam Printer

Dr. Liam Printer is a language educator, researcher and author from Ireland. He hosts *The Motivated Classroom* podcast, which has been downloaded more than half a million times by language teachers in over 100 countries and was ranked among the top 5% of podcasts worldwide in 2022.

Liam is an Instructional Coach and language teacher at the International School of Lausanne, where he teaches Spanish and English to students aged 11-18. He also works as a lecturer in teacher education and delivers workshops and keynote presentations internationally.

His Doctorate in Education focused on motivation and language learning through co-created storytelling. He holds a Master’s degree in Second Language Acquisition and a Postgraduate Diploma in the teaching of foreign languages.

Liam is the author of The Motivated Classroom: Practical Insights for the Languages Teacher, published by Hachette Learning, and Captain Super Sleep, a picture book for young children.
