Art Chudabala is an actor, filmmaker, men's coach, and the author of Back to One: Divorce, Despair, and the Fine Art of Crying into Orange Chicken, which he also narrates. After his marriage ended, he spent six months separated under the same roof before moving into a two-bedroom apartment. What followed was hard honesty, the slow work of rebuilding himself, and, somewhere along the way, finding his laugh again.
Looking for answers, he dove into men's work, rediscovered writing, and built Brave New Tribe, a platform helping men move through divorce, grief, and the collapse of who they thought they were. With a raw, darkly funny, no-BS approach, Art helps men stop choosing between broken models of masculinity and start creating something of their own.
He lives in Los Angeles, where he's a devoted dad to twin daughters and still has a complicated relationship with orange chicken. Read more from Art on his Substack, Notes From My Silver Haired Samurai Era.
