Jack Perry, Jr. is a retired Army Major who served in the United States Marine Corps and the United States Army.
He flew MEDEVAC missions where the margin between life and death was measured in minutes. He commanded a 15-ship Blackhawk company. He led a heavy equipment fleet and earned a Letter of Commendation from Lieutenant General Russel L. Honoré. Before that, he wore a badge as a police officer.
Today he is an ICF PCC-certified executive coach and the founder of Source Point Coaching, where he works with executives, veterans, and first responders who carry the weight of other people's outcomes.
He writes the way he led — direct, practical, and without a wasted page. His books are built as field manuals, not theory: every chapter ends with a drill you run, an exercise you do, and a question you answer honestly.
His first command lesson still holds. You cannot pour from an empty cup.
