Mitchell Samuelian

Mitchell Samuelian is the CEO and Founder of NuConsult Services, LLC, a renewable-energy operations and advisory firm supporting more than 7 GW of solar, wind, hydro, and battery storage assets worldwide. Over a forty-year career, he has led operations, engineering, and modernization efforts across hydro, nuclear, solar, and wind fleets, including the 550 MW Topaz Solar Farm, the Ivanpah Solar Thermal Project, the 1,600 MW Raccoon Mountain Pumped Storage modernization, and more than 1.4 GW of client-side transitions to self-operations. He co-authored the Bureau of Reclamation FIST Manuals, pioneered aerial infrared thermography for utility-scale solar and wind in 2009, and has held senior operating and executive roles at NRG Energy, Clearway Energy, First Solar, and Tonian Renewables. He served on the advisory boards of Erthos, Inc. and Dead Sea Vision LLC and is a member of the International Hydropower Association. He was recognized in 2026 with the Excellence in Energy Infrastructure Leadership award at the Energy Evolution Conference in Dubai.
