Celeste Erasmus

Celeste Erasmus is the developer of SAIT - Specialized Accident Investigation Techniques, an independent workplace accident and incident investigation methodology designed to support structured, evidence-based investigations and organisational learning.

Her professional background includes workplace health and safety, incident investigation, risk management, training and operational environments. Drawing on established incident-causation, human-factors and organisational-learning principles, she developed SAIT to provide investigators, safety professionals, supervisors and managers with a practical framework for establishing facts, analysing evidence, identifying contributing factors and developing effective corrective actions.

Celeste is the author of SAIT - Specialized Accident Investigation Techniques and The SAIT Investigator’s Workbook, published by BlackStone Publishing.
