Edward Rahming

Edward Rahming is a retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer Three (CW3), veteran, author, and leadership professional whose life has been shaped by more than two decades of military service, leadership, faith, and service to others.

During his 21-year Army career, Edward served in demanding leadership and logistics roles and deployed in support of operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kosovo. His experiences taught him that some of life's greatest challenges begin not while wearing the uniform, but when it is time to take it off and discover what comes next.

Drawing from his own transition from military service, Edward wrote *EXIT STRATEGY: A Veteran’s Guide to Purpose, Leadership & Faith After Service* to encourage veterans and others navigating major life transitions to recognize that leaving one chapter behind does not mean leaving their purpose behind.

Edward holds a Master of Education in Learning, Leadership & Organization Development and continues to serve others through leadership, mentorship, entrepreneurship, ministry, and community involvement.

At the heart of his message is a simple belief: **your service may end, your title may change, and your mission may evolve—but your purpose continues.**

Through his writing, Edward hopes to help veterans and their families move forward with faith, rediscover their identity beyond the uniform, and confidently step into the next mission God has prepared for their lives.
