Kelly Pasztor

Kelly Pasztor started her first business at eleven. Now, after nearly two decades in corporate leadership and learning & development (most recently as Senior Director of Global L&D) she went back to working for herself.

She holds an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is an ICF PCC-credentialed executive coach with 700+ hours guiding executives, directors, and first-time managers through the moments that actually shape a career. Through Kelly Pasztor LLC, she partners with leaders and organizations on leadership development, team effectiveness, and talent strategy. Through Dreamcatcher Wellness, she works with people ready for deeper change, using intuition and Human Design to help them lead from who they actually are.

Her premise, in both rooms, is the same: leaders aren't born. They're developed.
