Jyn Majewski

Jyn. J. Majewski was born in Schiller Park, Illinois. She lived there for three years before moving with her family to Duluth, Minnesota. There, she grew up enjoying the classics: the original Star Wars, The Hobbit, Dune, Indiana Jones, and James Bond. When she was thirteen, she moved to Geneva, Illinois. While she was in high school, the idea of this book came to her one day during study hall. After graduating from Illinois State University, she worked various retail jobs while she wrote Around the Corner.

Writing has always been a love of her. The best part, according to her, is the story boarding. Coming up with the events that drive the story gives her the biggest thrills when writing. This book is the first step of sharing her joy with everyone.
