Glenn Pierce is a supply chain and operations executive, consultant, and author with more than two decades of experience transforming complex operations into practical, measurable systems for improvement.

He is the author of MRO Supply Chain Excellence: A Practical System for Reliability, Inventory, and Operational Performance and the founder of MRO Excellence System, a platform dedicated to helping organizations improve maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) performance through better processes, data, governance, and execution.

Throughout his career, Glenn has led large-scale supply chain transformations, MRO programs, operational improvement initiatives, technology implementations, and multi-site programs across the United States and Latin America. His experience spans manufacturing, distribution, procurement, inventory management, maintenance operations, project management, and digital supply chain transformation.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Glenn is known for turning complicated operational challenges into structured, actionable solutions. His work has helped organizations reduce inventory, release working capital, improve material availability, strengthen governance, and build more sustainable operating practices.

Glenn is also President and CEO of GLEWAL Enterprises, LLC, where he provides consulting and advisory services in supply chain, operations, MRO, and organizational transformation.
