Richard Seigler, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, AAMFT Approved Supervisor, author, speaker, and former professional football player whose work focuses on helping men and couples buildstronger relationships, greater emotional awareness, and more meaningful lives.
Before entering the field of marriage and family therapy, Richard was an All-American collegiate
linebacker at Oregon State University and played professionally in the NFL. His years in high-performance athletic environments gave him firsthand insight into the pressures, expectations, and ideas about strength that shape many men long before they learn the language of emotional awareness and relationships.
Richard brings that lived experience together with years of clinical work with men and couples. His approach explores the intersection of relationship psychology, masculine leadership, emotional regulation, connection, and personal responsibility.
In A Man’s Third Eye: Tantric Vitality – The Masculine Blueprint for Love, Leadership, and Lasting
Connection, Richard introduces a practical framework designed to help men see themselves and their patterns more clearly, direct their energy with greater intention, strengthen their relationships, and build a more integrated life.
At the heart of his work is a simple invitation: see clearly, lead differently, and live fully.
