Stacia Davis Miller writes fiction about complicated people, difficult choices, and what happens when loyalty, justice, obsession, and revenge collide. Her stories live in the blurred space between right and wrong, where the answers are rarely as simple as they first appear.

An attorney with a military and law enforcement background, Miller has lived and worked throughout the United States, from Texas to California to Washington, D.C. That unusual combination of careers, places, people, and experiences has taught her that real life is often stranger than fiction, and that the most interesting fiction exists somewhere in the grey between absolutes.

As a wife, mother, bonus mom, and grandmother to an ever-expanding clan, family is and always will be at the center of her life. She now lives and writes in Michigan, where life rarely stays quiet for long.
