Kathy Meyer

Kathy Meyer writes from a place of compassion, personal experience, and a genuine desire to help others through some of life's more challenging seasons. Having experienced her own share of frustrations, uncertainty, and anxiety, she understands how overwhelming it can feel when you are searching for answers—especially when you're faced with so much conflicting information and don't know what to believe or where to begin.

Kathy is not a medical professional or nutritionist. Instead, she writes as an everyday woman who believes that sharing what we learn through our own experiences can help someone else feel less overwhelmed and more hopeful about moving forward.

Her first book, The Best Years May Still Be Ahead: Finding Health, Hope, and Confidence After Menopause, grew from that desire—to offer women practical, easy-to-understand information and encouragement without adding to the information overload they may already be experiencing.

Through her books and other educational resources, Kathy hopes to continue turning lessons from her own life experiences into compassionate, practical guidance that helps others feel more informed, more confident, and less alone as they navigate life's challenges.
