Paul Grassi has spent more than 20 years solving business problems from places most consultants never see: event rooms, construction sites, an indoor skydiving facility, and occasionally a chicken suit.
He is the founder of ISH Partners and author of Working-ish.
As a Key Account Manager for a Fortune 500 company, Paul supported major construction and entertainment accounts. At an indoor skydiving facility, he helped nearly triple private-event revenue in one year and helped lead the location to the top of the company.
Paul has also built, grown, and sold multiple event and hospitality businesses, because apparently one business at a time would have been too peaceful. He produced and directed The 16th Minute, an independent documentary that aired nationally on AXS TV.
His work reflects what business really looks like when plans change, employees call out, parts go missing, and everyone still expects the owner to know the Wi-Fi password.
