Suneet Bhatt

Suneet Bhatt helps people get unstuck, build momentum, and make sense of their purpose. He's an executive coach and a lecturer at Rutgers University, where the purpose framework he created became a pillar of the university's five-year strategic plan. Over more than 10,000 hours he has done this work with thousands of people and dozens of organizations, from CEOs to high school and college students, public, private, and nonprofit.

Making Sense of Purpose is his debut. Its name comes from his late father, Kiran, Sanskrit for a ray of light. The book is dedicated to him, and its foreword was written collectively by Suneet's six uncles, in his father's honor. It's also the rare purpose book with a soundtrack, a song chosen for every chapter, from Bill Withers to Eminem to Journey.

Suneet believes purpose is built, not handed to you, and that it starts with making sense of yourself first. He founded My Authentic Story, is a Certified EOS Implementer, and speaks to companies and communities across the country.

Above all of it, he's a dad. His kids are the reason the work matters, and the best mirror he's ever looked into.
