I am a mom of 7 kids; 28, 26, 20, 8, 6, 5 and 4 years old. I live in a small town in Southern Ohio. My husband and I have been foster parents for 8 years. Dedicating our lives to children and their parents and extended families. The number one goal should always be the safety and love of the kids but a close second is their parents. We believe that building that relationship is vital to the kids and success of their reunification. I love the parents just as hard as I love their kids. We did adopt 3 kiddos that at the time was waiting almost 4 years to be adopted. And we also adopted my biological nephew whom we got at birth. Our lives have been blessed but we know that 4 of our kids will have very mixed feelings, so we opened our lives to their families to help them navigate life better.
