Lawrence Scott

Lawrence Scott is a fifth-generation pastor's kid, a former Division 1 athlete, and an Army veteran — three institutions that taught him exactly who the world expected him to be, and none of them fully explained who he actually was. That search became the defining pursuit of his life and the foundation for his work today.

Lawrence is the founder of the LoSco Group, where he helps individuals and organizations design meaningful, purpose-aligned lives and cultures. He is also the creator of the ASPIRE Purpose Discovery Course, a guided framework built to help people identify the specific, God-given assignment they were designed to carry. As a leadership science expert, his work sits at the intersection of faith, identity, and practical strategy — equipping people not just to dream about purpose, but to build a real life around it.

His debut book, Authorized, is the culmination of years spent teaching, coaching, and living out this conviction: that every person was encoded with a Kingdom assignment before they were born, and that the world is waiting on people to discover it and show up.
