Corinne Winter-Rousset

Corinne Winter-Rousset, better known as CWR, has had a successful career in senior leadership within the Hospitality and Entertainment industries specialising in Talent and Human Resources for forty years with major brands such as Ernst & Young, Disneyland Paris, The Walt Disney Company, Choice Hotels International, Ascott Group, PSD Group and Profile International. For the last thirteen years, CWR served as CEO of two global search firms based in London, Earth Talent and then CWR Talent.

Now retired and inspired, she can get back to her first love, writing and sharing what she’s learned along the way from New York to Paris then London. Corinne lives in England with her husband, Andy, for the last 20 years and previously spent 25 years in Paris, France raising her family while establishing her global practice. Faced with Retirement, CWR launched the popular podcast “LOVE Your Third Act with CWR”, which is based on her first non-fiction title, “LOVE Your Third Act”.
