Robert Pooley

Robert Pooley is a pastor, author, speaker, and leadership mentor with more than four decades of ministry experience. For thirty-six years, he served in pastoral ministry, including planting and leading Coast Community Church in Gulf Breeze, Florida. Before entering pastoral ministry, Robert spent eight years traveling and serving in music ministry.

Through the years, Robert has walked alongside people through seasons of change, disappointment, loss, fear, burnout, and new beginnings. Those experiences—both the ones he has witnessed and the ones he has lived—shape his writing and his passion for helping people discover that yesterday does not have to determine tomorrow.

Today, Robert serves as a Legacy Pastor at Transformation Church in Pensacola, Florida, where he teaches, mentors leaders, and encourages pastors. He also speaks on courage, identity, purpose, leadership, and taking the next step forward.

Robert and his wife, Vicki, live in Northwest Florida.
