Thomas A. Blüm

Thomas A. Blüm, born in 1967, is an author, researcher, and speaker. He explores the long-term relationships between humans, technology, and the future, combining scientific research with interdisciplinary and literary perspectives.

His non-fiction book, "Symbiotic Intelligence and Human-AI Interaction", was published by transcript Verlag in 2026. Other book projects are in the works. With "Jenny Laßwitz – The Beginning of an Extraordinary Journey", Thomas A. Blüm turns his hand to historical fiction for the first time. The story is based on real people and historical events, which he weaves into a fictional narrative.

Today, he lives in the Rhineland again and travels between various European cultural hubs, including southern Styria, specifically the Graz/Maribor region, and Lisbon, one of Europe’s most dynamic centers for technology and artificial intelligence. In his personal life, Blüm collects abstract acrylic paintings and Japanese bronze vases.
