Emily Harryman

Emily Harryman is the owner and founder of Plain Jane Bakes LLC, an organic sourdough cottage bakery located in Keller, TX. In addition to selling sourdough, she also specializes in scones, French macarons, and European cakes. A self-taught baker, Emily won an episode of Food Network’s Cake Wars and has been featured in The Epoch Times, American Essence Magazine, and on NBC 5 DFW. She derives immense joy from serving others through the art of baking, passing on the craft through in-home sourdough classes, tutorial videos, and her @plainjane.bakes social media accounts. While baking is her hobby turned business, Emily’s true love is rooted in her faith and her family. She deeply enjoys homeschooling her children, serving alongside her husband, and frequenting local farmers’ markets - when she’s not participating in one!
