Simona Auteri

Simona Auteri is a world-record freediver, multiple Italian champion, architect, author and speaker. She has represented Italy at international level and has been awarded multiple medals for sporting merit by the Italian Olympic Committee (CONI).

Drawing on years spent exploring the limits of breath, pressure and performance, she now works with athletes, leaders and professionals on breathwork, focus and mental performance, translating lessons learned deep underwater into tools for life above the surface.

Between Two Breaths is her first book, a memoir about freediving, ambition, fear, resilience and the unexpected paths we take in search of our limits.
