Throughout his career, he has worked at the intersection of entrepreneurship, leadership, economic development, and human behavior. He has taught and mentored entrepreneurs from the United States and around the world, helping leaders move beyond conventional measures of success to build businesses and lives with greater purpose, clarity, and impact.

He has also served as an Entrepreneur in Residence and teaches emerging international entrepreneurs through fellowship and exchange programs. His writings have appeared in numerous publications including the peer reviewed Journal of Financial Planning.

As the co-author of Success Ceiling Breakthrough, written with Dancho Dimkov, Joe explores the hidden patterns, behaviors, and beliefs that can cause even accomplished entrepreneurs and leaders to plateauand, more importantly, how to break through them.

His work is grounded in the belief that reaching a ceiling isn't the end of success, it's an invitation to evolve.

In Success Ceiling Breakthrough, Joe and Dancho offer entrepreneurs and leaders a practical framework for recognizing what is holding them back, challenging the assumptions that created their current limits, and making the behavioral shifts necessary to reach their next level of success.
