Federica Caimi

Federica Caimi lost her mother at sixteen. Instead of walking around the grief that followed, she walked into it — and spent years learning to work with pain rather than around it. Out of that work came a simple discipline: noticing one good thing in the day, and one good thing in herself, in whatever words came. That discipline became the Noticing Practice — a way of turning darkness into light, not by changing what happens, but by changing what you let yourself see. You can't always choose what happens to you. You can choose what you notice — and that changes everything else.

The Noticing Practice, her first book, turns that method into a 90-day guided journal: two small questions a day, for anyone who wants to see the good that was always there.

She continues the conversation on her podcast, Design Your Well-Being, where she shares the belief underneath it all: you are never alone, and there is always a way.

What you notice, grows.
