Alexey Popkov

Alexey Popkov is an author, economist, and technology professional whose experience with computing spans nearly four decades.

His professional relationship with computers began in the mid-1980s, when he worked with mainframes and minicomputers at South Ural State University. He later moved into database development, programming, accounting software, and the implementation of information technology in business and auditing.

Over the years, his work expanded into management, business analysis, quality assurance, consulting, and professional translation and editing.
