Abhinav Parmar

I write about the parts of being human that are often difficult to explain.

My work explores self-criticism, emotional pain, relationships, rejection, closeness, insecurity, and the quiet patterns that shape the way we see ourselves and other people. Rather than offering simple answers or quick fixes, I want my books to help readers look more closely at where their thoughts and emotional reactions come from and what they may be trying to tell them.

I am particularly interested in the experiences we often dismiss as “overthinking,” “being too sensitive,” or simply “being human.” I try to put language and perspective to those experiences, so they become a little easier to understand and, perhaps, a little easier to live with.

I write for anyone who has ever wondered why a small moment stayed with them for years, why certain relationships hurt more than others, or why being hard on themselves can feel almost automatic.

Through accessible and thoughtful writing, I explore the psychology behind everyday emotional experiences and encourage readers to become more curious about their inner worlds.

I live in India and continue to write about human behavior, emotional patterns, relationships, and the complicated experience of being human.
