Eric R. Kushins, Ph.D., has spent nearly two decades studying organizations from the inside to understand how teams actually work. An Associate Professor of Management at Berry College’s Campbell School of Business, he holds a dual Ph.D. in Sociology and Organization Management from Rutgers University.
His immersive research examines teams, leadership, entrepreneurship, family businesses, and the social dynamics that shape how people work together. Today, he translates those insights into practical tools that help leaders build stronger cultures, improve collaboration, and create organizations where people and performance thrive together.
