Rondel Breakthrough is an author, educator, and systems thinker whose work explores human potential, excellence, and lasting transformation.
With more than two decades of experience in education across the United States, Rondel has built his career around a central question:
What allows some people to consistently access more of what they are capable of becoming?
That question inspired GOAT DNA CODEX™: Reverse-Engineer Greatness — The Operating System of Human Excellence. The book examines the systems beneath exceptional performance—from perception, meaning, attention, discipline, energy, and recovery to identity, environment, execution, and legacy—while challenging the idea that greatness is reserved for a gifted few.
His philosophy is simple:
Greatness is structural, not mystical. Build the right system, and excellence stops being accidental.
Rondel has taught in Louisiana, Texas, California, Maryland, and Nevada and has twice been recognized as Teacher of the Year, in 2013 and 2019. He holds a Masters degree in Special Education with a concentration in Cognitive Impairment, along with advanced training in reading and mathematics.
His writing spans human performance, education, leadership, special education, and fiction, united by a fascination with how people learn, adapt, overcome, and become. Through his work, he gives readers practical frameworks for building something greater from their own lives.
See clearly.
Build deliberately.
Become exceptionally.
