Maria Guarascio

Maria Guarascio is a designer, author, and creator of A.L.I.N.E.A. The Method — born not from theory, but from her own experience of personal reconstruction.

After years spent building spaces and solving other people’s lives, she understood that it was also possible to redesign one’s own life with the same intention: observe what no longer works, eliminate the excess, and rebuild once again on solid foundations.

From that experience, A.L.I.N.E.A., The Method was born — a framework built on six pillars: Activation, Liberation, Identity, Nourish Your Business, Environment, and Agenda.

Her message is simple: it is never too late to find yourself again. You don’t need to become someone else. You need to rebuild, with intention and discipline, the life you truly want to live.
