Jamaar Gardner

Jamaar Gardner was born in 2008 in Austell, Georgia. At just 17 years old when he wrote this book, Jamaar is part of a new generation of storytellers bringing fresh perspectives and bold ideas to the page and screen.

This is his debut book, and his first work to be adapted into a future short film, marking the beginning of what he hopes will be a long creative journey. Growing up in North Georgia has shaped his imagination, his characters, and the worlds he builds, drawing inspiration from everyday life, music, and the people around him.

When he isn’t working, Jamaar is often brainstorming new stories, experimenting with visual ideas for film, or exploring different ways to express himself creatively. He’s passionate about connecting with readers and viewers who see themselves in his work and hopes his stories will inspire others to chase their own creative paths.
