Manika Sharma

Manika Sharma is an early childhood educator, curriculum designer, author, and founder of The7Cs, a holistic parenting and early education platform.

With over two decades of professional experience across India and the United States, Manika brings together global exposure, structured learning design, and deep on-ground experience with young children and families. She is also the founder of Twig2Tree Akademia, an early-learning academy through which she has spent more than a decade working closely with children, parents, and educators.

Her work focuses on helping parents understand the early years with greater clarity and confidence—through developmentally appropriate learning, meaningful communication, emotional wellbeing, and a supportive home environment. Manika has created curricula and resources across language, early mathematics, communication, and foundational life skills, and has authored more than 150 children’s stories.

Her professional journey also includes corporate training work with organisations such as GE, Infosys, Oracle, IBM, and Honeywell.

In Raising Buddha in the Modern World, Manika introduces The7Cs framework—a holistic lens for understanding the influences that shape a child’s growth: self, family, environment, communication, nature, education, and consciousness.
