Angie Ho is a psychologist and founder of Navigating Humans, a practice focused on personal relationships, driven by an insight: interpersonal challenges often contribute to anxiety, depression, and even physical pain.
Observing her own imperfections in relationships, and hearing countless stories in therapy, Angie realised she wasn't alone in navigating this messiness.
This search for answers inspired Social Health GPS®, a framework helping people navigate friendships, family, and romantic connections with greater clarity and confidence.
She argues that loneliness is not about lacking people around us, but a lack of depth in connection. Her mission is to help people move beyond surface-level ties to build life-giving relationships.
She holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (University of Queensland) and a Master of Social Sciences (National University of Singapore).
Outside work, she's usually got a matcha and her cavapoo Mocha nearby.
