She is the Principal Broker/Owner of Welcome Home Realty™, a Nashville-based real estate firm she opened more than 17 years ago. A native Nashvillian, she has spent more than 25 years helping individuals and families navigate some of life's most important transitions. Her work and expertise have been featured in publications and media outlets including Forbes, Cheddar, and Reader's Digest.

Throughout her 25 year career in the real estate and insurance industries, Leneiva has worked closely with families facing major life events, including homeownership, financial planning, caregiving responsibilities, and the loss of loved ones. Through those experiences, she witnessed firsthand the difference preparation can make—and the challenges families face when important affairs have not been organized in advance.

Over the years, she found herself helping grieving families navigate the paperwork, decisions, responsibilities, and unexpected obstacles that often follow the death of a loved one. Long after the real estate and insurance transactions ended, she continued to answer questions, locate resources, explain processes, and help people work through situations they never expected to face. She did so simply because someone needed help.

These experiences revealed a common theme: many families were left trying to make important decisions during one of the most difficult seasons of their lives without a clear roadmap to follow. That realization inspired her to write *What Happens When You Die...For Real?*
