David W. Puckett MS

David W. Puckett is the architect of TeDR™ — Technology-Enhanced Dispute Resolution — and the Founder and Chief AI Officer of Justine-AI Corporation. A U.S. Navy veteran with thirty years in IT and risk management (KPMG, BearingPoint) and an M.S. in Conflict Resolution, he trained as a mediator under the late Dr. Ted Becker in the late 1980's. While studying for his Master's Degree in Conflict Resolution, he had an epiphany while listening to a speech about the 1981 book Getting to Yes. He wrote his 1st Technology-enhanced Dispute Resolution (TeDR) methodology document and has now spent thirteen years applying for multiple patents, building a technology platform to close the access-to-justice gap. He lives in Miami, Florida.
