Bharat Sharma

Bharat Sharma is an engineering leader with experience in platform and data engineering at large product companies. Much of that work has been the practical, unglamorous kind: making ownership clear, cutting operational overhead, and building the platforms and systems that help engineering teams work well at scale.

He has seen the gap his writings describes from the inside. Teams adopt new tools and move faster individually, while the business changes less than everyone expected. He's blunt about where the excuses run out: leaders don't have a technology problem anymore, they have an organisation-design problem, and most are still treating it like the first one. His writings are his attempt to set down plainly what he has learned about why that gap opens, and what actually helps close it.
