Maureen C. Chiana

Maureen C. Chiana is an author, Master Neuroplastician, NeuroLeadership Facilitator and founder of The Mindsight Academy. With an MSc in Microbiology, she began in biomedical science, then moved into lecturing, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

When the salon business she had poured so much into failed, the financial loss and shame shook her confidence and identity. Searching for answers led her into neuroscience and neuroplasticity, helping her rebuild her thinking and see Scripture’s teaching on renewing the mind afresh. She then used these insights with students, leaders, and teams to improve behavior, decision-making, and performance.

In 2023, she founded the Mindsight Women’s Network. Seeing Christian women wrestle with fear, limiting beliefs, and identity inspired Rewire Your Brain with Neuroscience and Scripture Every Day and its Workbook.

Today, Maureen helps leaders, organizations, Christian leaders, and women rewire limiting patterns, master emotions, make wiser decisions, and create lasting change.
