Sif Baksh

Sif Baksh is a network automation architect, solutions engineer, and technical educator with more than 15 years of experience across networking, security, infrastructure, and automation. Throughout his career, he has helped engineering teams transform manual operational processes into practical, governed workflows that connect network data, infrastructure APIs, security tools, and human approvals.

Sif is passionate about applying AI agents, large language models, Python, and the Model Context Protocol to network operations without losing the validation and control required in production environments. He shares his experience through technical writing, workshops, videos, speaking engagements, and community projects.

He is the author of Building AI Agents for Network Operations, a practical guide to designing AI-assisted NetOps workflows that help engineers troubleshoot more effectively while remaining in control. Sif currently works at Tines, where he focuses on automation and AI-assisted solutions for security and infrastructure teams.
